You will also find luxury clothing and accessories that Toni Garrn's friends and acquaintances have donated to SUPER FLEA MARKET.

    • Where do the products that SUPER FLEA MARKET sells come from?

      All of the clothing and accessories on SUPER FLEA MARKET are pre-loved and come from celebrities' private collections or the archives of designer brands. Each fashion piece has been worn by a celebrity on the red carpet, in a video shoot, or on other special occasions.

    • Can I sell my own products on SUPER FLEA MARKET?

      SUPER FLEA MARKET is an online store specializing in clothing and accessories previously owned or worn by celebrities or talents. To guarantee the authenticity of our products, we exclusively sell items from within our network of celebrities and fashion brands.

    • How do I know the products on SUPER FLEA MARKET are authentic?

      The authenticity of your product will be confirmed by a SUPER FLEA MARKET certificate. We guarantee that all the products sold on SUPER FLEA MARKET are original designer goods and have been worn or pre-owned by the celebrities stated. In addition, all items are professionally appraised and authenticated by the SUPER FLEA MARKET team. When available, product pages will include photos of celebrities wearing the items.

    • What does the term "pre-loved" mean?

      “Pre-loved” means that our apparel and accessories are worn, but no less valuable than new. We at SUPER FLEA MARKET use the term "pre-loved" instead of "second-hand," "pre-owned", “vintage” or "used" to honor the pieces, their history, and their emotional worth.

    • What is the condition of the items offered on SUPER FLEA MARKET?

      Every item on SUPER FLEA MARKET is of high quality. However, since these are pre-loved clothes and accessories, they may have some imperfections or show signs of use. That's why we carefully inspect every item and clearly state any flaws, holes, stains, etc. in the product’s details on the product page.

      To define the condition of garments and accessories, we use the following descriptions:

      • As new, with tag (Mint condition with original tag. No damage. No alterations)
      • As new (Mint condition without original tag. No damage. No alterations)
      • Very good (Hardly worn. No to very light signs of wear. No or professionally made alterations as mentioned in the product description. No holes. No tears. No discoloration. No peeling. No missing parts. No odor.)
      • Good (Worn but well cared for. Slight signs of wear. No or professionally made alterations as mentioned in the product description. No holes. No tears. No missing parts. No odor.)

    • What payment methods does SUPER FLEA MARKET accept?

      At SUPER FLEA MARKET you can pay via PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and Amex.

    • How are prices calculated at SUPER FLEA MARKET?

      At SUPER FLEA MARKET we have two types of offers: Fixed price items and auctions. Pricing depends on the type of offer.

      Fixed price items are priced based on the current market price with a premium, which stems from the uniqueness of the items, the celebrity and brands behind the piece as well as the social and environmental justice projects each piece contributes to.

      Auctions start with a minimum bid, which is based on the brand, the condition of the item, which celebrity has worn the item, and the desirability of the item according to current market trends. The final price paid by the buyer at the end of the auction is determined by the highest bid received during the auction period.

    • How can I bid in a SUPER FLEA MARKET auction?

      Bidding is available through the SUPER FLEA MARKET auction page. Please note that you must create an account to participate in the auctions.

      There are two types of auctions on our site, silent and public. In a silent auction, bids are confidential, meaning that participants cannot see each other's bids. Simply enter your maximum bid and if you're outbid, you'll receive an email notification. The highest bid wins and the winner is notified by email to purchase the item. Public auctions show all bids in real time. Participants can see the highest bid and raise their bids accordingly until the auction closes.

      Our auction platform uses an automated bidding system. Simply enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay for an item and click "Submit Bid." The system will automatically place incremental bids, a specified value, on your behalf to keep you as the highest bidder, up to your specified maximum. If your bid was unsuccessful a message will appear that your bid was unsuccessful and to please check your data.

      If another bid exceeds your maximum, you will be notified via email. You can then choose to increase your maximum bid if desired. You can also track all bids and place additional bids directly from the product auction page.

      On a silent auction every bid is hidden until the auction is finalized.

    • Is there a minimum bid for the SUPER FLEA MARKET auctions?

      Please note that our system operates based on specified bid increments, which may vary by auction. To place a valid bid, your maximum bid must be set at least one increment above the initial starting price or the current highest bid displayed in the bid summary. If your bid does not meet this requirement, it will not be recognized by the system.If your bid was unsuccessful a message will appear that your bid was unsuccessful and to please check your data.

    • Who can see that I am in the auction and how much I have bid?

      SUPER FLEA MARKET auctions are confidential. Bids will never have the full name of the bidder's current highest or final bidder displayed publicly. In the bidding history you can see the individual bids and the times they were made.

    • Can I cancel my bid?

      By placing bids you enter into an active agreement with SUPER FLEA MARKET to potentially buy the respective piece. Once a bid has been placed, the only way to cancel it is to contact the SUPER FLEA MARKET support team at support@superfleamarket.org. Please note that we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests will be approved.

    • How do I know the outcome of the auction?

      Once the auction has come to an end, you will receive an email about the final outcome and whether you have placed the winning bid for the auction or not.

    • If I win an auction, how do I pay?

      If you win an auction, we will notify you by email and let you know that you are now exclusively authorized and enabled to purchase the auctioned item. To do so, log in to your SUPER FLEA MARKET account and go to the product auction page. You can now add the item to your shopping cart at the price you bid during the auction and pay using your preferred payment method.

    • Which countries does SUPER FLEA MARKET ship to?

      SUPER FLEA MARKET ships worldwide. Note: If ordering from outside the EU, please allow some time for your order to arrive as our warehouse is in Berlin, Germany. To track the progress of your order, you will receive a tracking link in your order confirmation email.

      Please keep in mind: Tax and custom regulations vary by country and will apply for Non-EU orders. We will contact you and provide further information. Please be prepared to receive a notification via mail or with your shipping from the customs office of your region.

    • How much does shipping cost?

      The exact costs depend on order destination and service level.

      Germany and EU For orders under €300, shipping is €10 (including VAT) For orders over €300, shipping is free.

      Europe (non-EU) and United Kingdom For orders under €/$300, shipping is $/€25 (including VAT) Orders over €/$300, shipping is free.

      Rest of World For orders from outside Europe, shipping is $/€50.

    • How do I know if taxes and customs apply to my order?

      If the customer orders a piece from SUPER FLEA MARKET for delivery outside the EU, such deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be levied once the piece reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer; Super Flea Market has no control over these charges. Customs regulations vary greatly from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs authority for more information

    • What parcel service uses SUPER FLEA MARKET?

      Our shipping carrier varies by country or region. DHL is our main fulfillment partner.

      USA: DHL & FedEx

      Other countries: Occasionally we will have to work with individually picked service providers. We will contact you directly with information about your shipping details.

    • How long does shipping take?

      Please be patient while we prepare your order for shipment. We usually ship orders within 2-5 business days. Once your package is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking code. Please note that international shipments may take longer due to customs procedures and local regulations.

    • Does SUPER FLEA MARKET offer same day delivery?

      For environmental reasons, we do not offer same day delivery. However, we will make every effort to ensure that your package arrives as quickly as possible.

    • Where is my order?

      Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email. This will include a tracking number so you can track your package. Don't worry if your shipment status is not updated immediately. Sometimes it takes a few hours for your orders's progress to appear in the tracking tool.

      If there is still no progress after a few days, contact the SUPER FLEA MARKET support team at support@superfleamarket.org. Please be aware that the shipment status must be unchanged for seven business days before we can contact the carrier for an investigation request.

    • What happens if my order arrives damaged?

      If your SUPER FLEA MARKET order arrives damaged, please contact support@superfleamarket.org. Describe the problem in a few words and send us pictures of the damaged item and the outer packaging. We will get back to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, please keep the outer packaging. If the damage was caused by the shipping company, we will need it for the damage report.

    • What happens if my SUPER FLEA MARKET order is detained by customs?

      If your package is detained by customs, you will be notified by mail or electronically and will receive a description of the next steps. Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees.
      Customs regulations vary greatly from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs authority for more information

    • Customs is charging me for my SUPER FLEA MARKET order. What will happen to the package if I do not pay?

      If the fees are not paid, the order will not be delivered to the buyer / recipient. The package will be returned by customs or destroyed after a certain period of time. You may be charged additional fees.

    • Can I cancel my SUPER FLEA MARKET order?

      You can cancel an order until it is packed. Once an order is in the shipping process, no changes can be made.

    • How can I return my SUPER FLEA MARKET order?

      Before you return a purchased item, please ask yourself if this is really necessary: every return has an impact on our environment. From the CO2 emissions caused by transportation to the resources wasted on packaging materials. So please consider if you can find an alternative use for the product or let it become part of the circular economy once again.

      You have the right of withdrawal which is stated in our general terms and conditions and may return your SUPER FLEA MARKET purchase within 14 days of receipt. Please note that shipping is at your expense and the item must be returned to us undamaged, unworn and in the condition in which it left our warehouse. If the item was delivered to you in the original designer packaging, this must be included in the package. We will not accept returns that do not meet these requirements.

      How to return an item:
      To return your purchase, you must first cancel the purchase contract with SUPER FLEA MARKET. It is not necessary to give a reason. However, you must respect the withdrawal period. This is 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, have received the goods.

      To withdraw from the purchase agreement, you must notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may do so by writing an email to order@superfleamarket.org or by sending a letter to SUPER FLEA MARKET 23 GmbH, Deichstraße 1, 20459 Hamburg, Germany. You may, but are not required to, use the sample revocation form statet in our General terms and conitions or attached to your order.

      From the date of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to resend your order to SUPER FLEA MARKET. Please send the goods insured. Otherwise you will be liable if the package is damaged or lost in transit. Once we receive the product, we will check it and – if everything is okay – we will refund your money. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

      It takes approximately 14 business days to process the refund. Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take a little longer. Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment.

    • After I make a return, when will I get my money back?

    • What happens to the donation if I return my product?

      The donations are directly linked to the successful sale of a piece, returned products will unfortunately not result in a donation for the respective NGO from our Impact Partner Network.

    • How does SUPER FLEA MARKET help the environment?

      With SUPER FLEA MARKET, we have created a circular shopping experience that stands against the fast consumption of fashion, throwaway culture and the pollution caused by the textile industry. By selling pre-loved, exclusive, quality clothing and accessories, we honor the pieces, celebrate their history and extend their life. In doing so, we reduce resource consumption, waste and the demand for new products.

      For now we have sourced packaging that is made from 35 percent grass paper and 65 percent recycled paper to stay true to our promise of sustainability, and this means that we implore you to please recycle them again when they reach your destination. Not a single tree has been touched to make these boxes, the grass fibers come from unused agricultural green areas and, as raw materials, contribute to the protection of the important forest resource.

    • Is it really more sustainable to buy pre-loved fashion than new?

      The fashion industry is one of the biggest sources of environmental pollution. Much of fashion is also produced under unjust and precarious conditions in the Global South. By shopping high quality, pre-loved clothes and accessories, you give them a second life, reducing the need for new stuff. This means less waste, reduced resource consumption, and fewer greenhouse gasses emitted.

    • Why and how is SUPER FLEA MARKET promoting social and environmental equity?

      Toni Garrn and her co-founders conceived SUPER FLEA MARKET as a social business. Instead of focusing on maximizing profits, they operate according to the principles of the circular economy, using a large portion of the proceeds to alleviate social and environmental problems. This business model is rooted in SUPER FLEA MARKET's history:

      SUPER FLEA MARKET is based on the concept of the supermodel flea market, which was organized for the first time by Toni Garrn in 2016. She sold her own clothes and those of her friends to raise money for the then newly established Toni Garrn Foundation. From material abundance, she generated charitable funds that were used to reduce social inequalities.
      The for profit for purpose startup SUPER FLEA MARKET also lives up to this philanthropic approach: It reflects the team's deep desire to use their own privileges and resources for the good of society and to take social and environmental responsibility.

    • How much money does SUPER FLEA MARKET donate to charity?

      At SUPER FLEA MARKET, we facilitate the donation of proceeds from pieces donated by celebrities and talents to carefully selected non-profit organizations. Currently, 90% of the net sales proceeds from these items are donated to NGOs within the SFM Impact Partner Network. Of this amount, 80% is directed to the specific NGO chosen by the celebrities or talent, while the remaining 10% is allocated to the SFM Impact Solidarity Fund, which is equally distributed among all NGOs in the Impact Partner Network.

      For products sourced from a brand's archives or Toni Garrn's personal collection, 50% of the net sales price is donated. Of this, 40% is given directly to the selected NGO, and 10% is contributed to the SFM Impact Solidarity Fund, which is shared equally among all NGOs in the Impact Partner Network.

      The net sales price is determined by deducting value-added tax (VAT) payment provider fees, and direct shipping costs from the total sale price displayed on the online platform.

      The remaining proceeds are used to cover our operational costs, including marketing, expanding the superfleamarket.org platform, maintaining the Impact Partner Network, acquiring new brands and celebrities, staffing, warehouse rent, and other necessary expenses.

    • How does SUPER FLEA MARKET choose the NGOs and projects you are working with?

      SUPER FLEA MARKETS works with NGOs in the areas of gender equality, education, health, climate change and disaster relief. We are particularly interested in supporting grassroots initiatives that not only benefit local people, but are also initiated and supported by them.
      Before an NGO joins our SUPER FLEA MARKET Impact Partner Network, we assess the fit between the organization, its projects and our mission. This includes research, background checks, interviews with NGO staff, and a review of the organization's track record and effectiveness.

    • Who or what decides which NGO will benefit from the donations generated by SUPER FLEA MARKET?

      The donating Celebrities are free to choose which NGO from the SUPER FLEA MARKET Impact Network they would like to support with the proceeds from their donated items.

    • How do I know that SUPER FLEA MARKET is actually donating my money to the NGOs?

      At SUPER FLEA MARKET, we believe that trustworthiness and credibility come from transparency. That is why we publish the SUPER FLEA MARKET Impact Report at once a year. In this report, we disclose our goals and achievements, the donations we were able to generate, the NGOs and projects the funds go to, and the impact the donations have.

    • Is it possible to donate money directly to the NGOs as well?
